Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Sales Planning and Execution

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify key performance indicators and prepare detailed sales plans based on data-driven insights.

2) Customer Relationship and Territory Expansion

  • Build and strengthen relationships with local dealers and retreaders.
  • Ensure satisfaction of existing channel partners while adding new distributors and expanding reach.

3) Market Analysis and Competitive Positioning

  • Conduct market research to assess competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Position the company's retreading products effectively, emphasizing quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities across Maharashtra, especially in transportation hubs and industrial regions.

4) Reporting and Forecasting Revenue Targets

  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.
  • Demonstrate strong command over sales and product forecasting.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for the Mumbai & Maharashtra region while addressing business challenges.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, dealer management, and retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and sales networks.
  • Excellent planning, forecasting, and execution abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and position products competitively.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
