Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jammu for a Business Development Representative. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging in inside sales activities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting the growth and expansion of the business. The role involves contributing to the company's sales strategy, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development to initiate and nurture client relationships.
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills for effective client engagement and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and implement strategies focused on business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively within an on-site team and adapt to dynamic environments.
