Big Steps Ventures is expanding and we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to support Retail and F&B Leasing mandates for leading national brands.

What You'll Do
• Scout properties across Jammu & Kashmir for Retail, F&B, and Commercial brands
• Conduct market research, rental benchmarking, competition mapping
• Lead negotiations with landlords and brokers
• Evaluate sites and understand technical, operational & commercial needs
• Review and coordinate on lease agreements
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and MIS reports
• Coordinate with brands, landlords, and internal site execution teams

What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years' experience in Business Development, Real Estate Scouting, or Site Acquisition — preferably within the Retail & F&B sector
• Strong understanding of local retail markets in Jammu & Kashmir
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is mandatory
• Hunger for growth and willingness to travel
• Retail Store Managers with strong market knowledge & interest in BD/leasing may also apply
