We are hiring a proactive and persuasive Business Development Executive – Voice Process to join our growing team. This role involves interacting with potential and existing customers primarily over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and has excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and pitch our products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls from potential clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs, provide relevant information, and recommend solutions.
  • Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team (if required).
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Follow up with leads consistently until closure or disqualification.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
