Job Title: Business Development Manager

Eligibility Criteria

MBA is required (specialisation in Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred).

Technical background is highly preferred (B.Tech, B.E., or similar technical education is an

advantage).

Candidates with both MBA and technical degrees will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through frequent field visits, prospecting,

and local market networking.

Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets by actively engaging with potential and existing

clients in person, often traveling across assigned regions or territories.

Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations to convert prospects into

clients and close challenging sales.

Build and sustain strong personal relationships with customers, using on-site feedback to

influence business decisions and product offerings.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities firsthand, providing actionable insights and

reports directly to management.

Lead field sales campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to ensure products and

services meet real-world client requirements.

Overcome on-ground obstacles, manage rejection positively, and adapt approaches

rapidly to changing client demands and competitive environments.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client locations,

elevating brand reputation through superior on-field presence and business

acumen

Experience
