The Challenge

As a Partner Sales Manager at Adobe, you are responsible for building, developing, and strategically managing our partner business in the German-speaking regions of Switzerland and Austria. In close collaboration with leading system integrators, digital and full-service agencies, marketing service providers, and strategic consulting firms, you drive the generation and execution of partner pipeline and convert it into measurable business success.

You work closely with the local Sales Account Teams, who manage relationships with our enterprise customers and drive new account acquisition across the region. Your goal is to align the value of our partners with the needs of our customers and jointly complete successful sales plays across the entire Adobe Digital Experience Cloud portfolio.

What youll do

In this role, youll be responsible for driving partner-led growth strategies and shaping Adobes regional partner ecosystem. Building strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across Systems Integrators and Agencies, accelerating indirect partner sales and expanding Adobes market impact is key in this role. Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, youll ensure seamless deal registration and execution within your partner network.

The Partner Sales Manager leads cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Product teams to design and implement impactful go-to-market strategies for both new and established partners. This includes launching and overseeing joint marketing initiativessuch as events and campaignsthat generate measurable demand and pipeline growth. Youll also work creatively with Partners and the Partner Solution Consulting team to deliver compelling sales enablement around Adobes Digital Experience solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Define, track, and optimize partner success metrics to foster customer adoption and revenue expansion, bringing to bear Joint Business Plans to assess and enhance partnership performance.
  • Act as a trusted expert in the digital experience landscape, offering strategic insights and guidance.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, ambition, and continuous improvement across all partner engagements.
What you need to succeed

To thrive in this position, you should bring a minimum of five years experience in a quota-carrying enterprise sales environment, with a consistent record of exceeding revenue targets. Youll also need at least three years in a Partner or Alliance Sales role, demonstrating success in growing partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and bookings.

You should have deep relationships and hands-on experience working with Global Consulting Firms, System Integrators, and Digital Agencies. Proficient commercial abilities, high energy, and a proactive demeanor are necessary, along with a clear Sales DNA. Your track record should include developing and expanding partner businesses and engaging with C-level executives across partner organizations.

Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills are key, as is the ability to influence and drive outcomes across diverse partner groups. You must be comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambitious environments, embracing challenges and turning them into opportunities. Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills are required.

A bachelors degree is essential, and a masters degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
