Role Description
This is a remote, full-time role for a Website Sales Closer for closing website and seo services. You'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals for our ads, website development, and SEO services.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to outbound leads from a verified database provided by us.
- Prospect and connect with decision-makers over social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Set qualified appointments and conduct sales calls with business owners.
- Give technical explanations of our services in a clear and confident way.
- Close 10-15 deals monthly with support from our technical team.
- Maintain CRM entries, follow-ups, and conversion performance.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 month of experience in sales or client acquisition (preferably from a tech background)
- Confident in video and voice calls with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing services like ads, websites, and SEO.
- Highly persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and target-driven.
- Available Mon–Sat, Flexible Work Timings.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Compensation
Your earnings grow as your results do.
We follow an accelerated earnings model, ensuring your financial growth directly reflects the impact you create.
- Initial Earning Potential: Up to ₹50,000/month (Performance based)
on meeting targets - Post-Probation: ₹4.6–₹5 LPA fixed + performance bonuses based on results.
