Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and grow Phab's Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website as well as its Amazon business. The role requires strong expertise in website management, marketplace operations, performance marketing, and data analytics to drive online sales and brand visibility in the nutraceuticals category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Phab's D2C website (Shopify) and Amazon business to drive sales, visibility, and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day D2C operations — product catalogue, pricing, discounts, inventory sync, and customer experience.
- Execute digital marketing, influencer, and SEO campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations — listings, A+ content, keyword optimization, reviews, and ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP).
- Drive sales through campaign planning, Buy Box optimization, stock management, and event participation (Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, etc.).
- Track and analyze key business metrics (traffic, conversions, sales, ad spend, repeat rate, and category share) to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, creative, brand, and finance teams for smooth operations and campaign execution.
- Provide actionable insights on customer behaviour, competitor benchmarking, and overall business performance
- Manage day-to-day operations of the D2C website built on Shopify.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methods and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in analyzing performance data and metrics to optimize campaigns
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ensure website security, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce/D2C operations and Amazon account management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Ads is mandatory.
- Prior experience in FMCG, Nutraceuticals, or Health Supplements preferred
