For 25 years, Lafit Lighting has been shaping the future of architectural lighting in India. We're now looking for someone who can drive our next phase of growth.
We're looking for a go-getter — someone ambitious, relentless, and entrepreneurial. Someone who thrives on challenges, creates opportunities, and leads teams to deliver impact across the country. This role is about steering Lafit's nationwide presence, shaping how India experiences light, and raising benchmarks in a rapidly growing industry.

What You'll Do :
- Build and execute a strong national sales strategy
- Expand Lafit's presence through stores, projects and dealer networks
- Work closely with architects, consultants, developers and retailers
- Lead and motivate regional sales teams
- Improve sales processes, collections and channel performance
- Create incentive and training programs for teams
- Collaborate with R&D and production to deliver top-quality products
Who We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of proven experience in lighting sales
- Strategic yet hands-on, with a strong network and growth track record
- Persuasive communicator, negotiator, and closer
- A leader who inspires teams to outperform themselves
