Future Varsity is shaping career-focused talent in Event Management, Sports, Design, and Finance through higher education programmes. We are currently hiring a Website Designer who understands that a website isn't just a digital brochure - it's our most important sales engine.

You will work directly with the Head of Marketing & Technology to execute the digital roadmap , creating high-converting landing pages, managing multi-campus microsites, and ensuring our user experience (UX) is seamless.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the design, maintenance, and updates for our institutional websites and program-specific microsites across different campuses.
  • Design landing pages and funnels specifically for our Digital & Performance Marketing campaigns. Work on conversion first design to improve lead quality and reduce CAC.
  • Build and maintain pages using CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow) and page builders. ensure all sites are mobile-responsive and fast-loading.
  • Collaborate with the SEO/SEM team to ensure all designs are technically optimized for search engines and speed.
  • Ensure unified visual messaging across all digital touchpoints, aligning with the brand guidelines.
  • Use heatmaps and analytics data to tweak designs, improve UX, and decrease bounce rates.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in Web Design, UI/UX, or Front-End Development.
  • Proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD for prototyping and WordPress/Elementor/Divi/Webflow for building. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a must.
  • Understand the difference between "pretty design" and "design that sells."
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
