Job Responsibilities:
- Manage both inside and outside sales functions, handling client interactions and site visits as required.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases using MS Excel & MS Word for reports and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned regions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the HVAC industry),Freshers can be preferred if candidate has excellent communication skills with marketing knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle client interactions and close deals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word for maintaining sales data and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel for on-site meetings when required.
