**About AARRA Jewels**

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Sales Management: o Assist customers with their jewelry selections and provide product information. o Close sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction. o Manage and display jewelry in the showroom to maintain an appealing presentation.
2. Accounting and Computer Operations: o Handle billing and invoicing using accounting software (training will be provided if necessary). o Maintain sales records and daily transaction logs. o Reconcile sales and inventory at the end of the day.
3. Customer Relationship Management: o Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences. o Follow up with customers for inquiries and feedback.
4. Shop Maintenance: o Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and inventory is well-managed. o Safeguard jewelry items and maintain a trustworthy environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**- Experience: 2-3 years in in-shop sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail. - Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of basic accounting software, MS Office, and billing systems. - Trustworthiness: Should be reliable, honest, and capable of handling financial transactions independently. - Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to Detail: Ability to handle high-value items with care and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
