**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Field Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting various field activities, including market research, client visits, and promotional campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to interact with clients, build relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of SriStar Group in the Hyderabad region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to prospective clients, promoting SriStar Group's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information through field research and observations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase SriStar Group's offerings and generate leads.
- Provide regular updates and reports on field activities, including client interactions, feedback, and market trends.
- Represent SriStar Group in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to company values and standards at all times.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a field sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Hyderabad market and willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transportation.
