Gold portal and loan booking systemEnsure loan processing completed within stipulated TAT.Follow up with delinquent customer and ensure that customer does not cross 30 DPD bucketFollow up with customer for timely interest collectionGold loan file disbursal in system (this could be done by BOM for most Branches)Custody of gold packets in the office, record it as per processRaise Payment Request / Cheque Disbursement, record it as per processArrange to send the complete file to COPS as per process.Manage Related MIS, interface with COPS, regional teams as might be required.Co-ordinate with central telecalling team for collections / follow up for payments from overdue borrowersCustomer Support / Service as required.
