Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales operations for transformers, substations, and EV chargers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strong market networks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and government utilities.
  • Handle key account management, pricing, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for growth.
  • Represent Trinity Cleantech at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales (preferably in power equipment, transformers, or EV charging industry).
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value clients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to government tenders, utilities, or EPC projects is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
