Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Manager – Zoho Solutions
to drive new customer acquisition for Zoho implementation projects across the globe. The ideal candidate will have experience in solution selling, global client engagement, and building strong customer relationships. Prior experience in a Zoho Partner organization or knowledge of Zoho's product ecosystem will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for Zoho implementation and consulting services across global markets.
- Develop lead generation strategies through inbound/outbound channels, industry events, and partnerships.
- Drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored Zoho solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Zoho products and provide insights into their business applications.
- Develop long-term customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Report market trends, competitor intelligence, and sales activities to leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in
business development, solution sales, or SaaS sales
. - Prior experience in a
Zoho Partner organization
or selling Zoho solutions is a strong plus. - Solid understanding of
CRM, ERP, and cloud-based business applications
. - Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to engage and close deals with global customers across different time zones.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and adept at working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
