Role and Responsibilities:

Zigsaw is seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRM Executive to manage a portfolio of customers within a defined sales geography. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through high standards of customer service and personalized attention. Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting CRM activities through phone and email communication with potential and existing customers
  • Answering product and service questions and suggesting additional products or services
  • Developing world-class partnerships and relationships with large customers
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording and updating account information
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
