Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, online research, social media and referrals.
  • Reach out to prospective clients to introduce Lakshmishree's financial products and services (Demat Account, Trading, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc.).
  • Identify and qualify leads based on interest level, investment capacity and suitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead information and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales or relationship management team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and client onboarding.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, market trends, and client preferences to improve conversion strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
