Responsibilities -

1. Marketing & Seminar Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute seminars/webinars across colleges, universities and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive student engagement and brand visibility.
  • Support in promotional campaigns and outreach activities to generate leads and admissions.
  • Conducting seminars in various colleges & Schools across India (including IITs, NITs, IIITs, Delhi University, and other reputed Institutes)
  • Maintaining database of students collected from various promotional events
  • Promotion of products and services of NEXT IAS through Canopy at various College events, Test Centers, job fairs, tech fests, etc.
  • To perform proper market analysis to get the information about the competitor's product and services

2. Academic Operations

  • Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of academic schedules.
  • Oversee daily operations related to student services and academic delivery.
  • Monitor and resolve academic-related queries of the students.

3. Skills/ Behavior

  • Knowledge of marketing activities
  • Eagerness to explore and grow in the field of business development & marketing
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Candidate should have excellent interpersonal, networking, communication and presentation skills
