Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Customer Care Executive for our UK process, responsible for managing inbound/outbound calls, handling customer queries, and driving sales conversions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Support

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the UK region.
• Understand customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Sales & Conversion

• Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance milestones.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and sales interactions.

Process & Compliance

• Follow UK process guidelines and company policies.
• Ensure all customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to scripts when required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet overall performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent (UK shift experience preferred).
• Prior experience in BPO, sales, or customer support (UK/International process is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM tools.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
