Role & responsibilities
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Drive sales growth through efficient stockist and salesman management.
- Ensure order booking, billing, and delivery efficiency in coordination with SSMs.
- Implement Trade Marketing and BTL initiatives (schemes, promotions, visibility activities, etc.).
- Monitor and enhance market coverage, ECO, bill cuts, line sold, and sales value performance metrics.
- Oversee merchandising and visibility activities to ensure proper brand representation at retail outlets.
- Coordinate POSM (Point of Sale Materials) allocation, placement, and utilization within the market.
- Prepare and validate claims (trade schemes, display contests, etc.) as per company SOPs and submit on time.
- Manage stockist administration, including SMR preparation, inventory tracking, and data updates in REACH.
- Maintain and update sales reports and trackers accurately on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Capture and report market intelligence competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
- Support in appointment and onboarding of new stockists as per company policies.
- Ensure smooth coordination with ASM/RSM to align sales plans with regional business objectives.
- Drive retail business growth and secondary sales for opportunity brands and NPD (New Product Development).
- Support SSM incentive achievement by guiding and monitoring their sales performance.
- Address and resolve market issues, conflicts, and objections effectively to ensure business continuity.

- Must have experience in Food or Beverage industry
- Must have work experience at Varanasi.
- Must be graduate in any discipline.
