About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive with exceptional English-speaking and communication skills to engage with US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US market to introduce company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Update and maintain CRM records with accurate client information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and market dynamics.
