Marketing and Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing & Sales Executive for a field-based role. The candidate will be responsible for door-to-door marketing, visiting dealers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door and field marketing activities
- Visit dealers, distributors, and potential customers regularly
- Promote company products and explain features & benefits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers
- Collect market feedback and share reports with the team
- Support new dealer onboarding and business expansion
- Ensure proper follow-up with existing and new dealers
- Responsible for coordinating and conducting meetings with technicians.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
- Experience in field sales or door-to-door marketing is an advantage
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel and work in the field
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Target-oriented and self-driven
