Job Title: Fleet Hiring Executive (Work from Home)

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 net per month + Performance Incentives

As we expand our operations, we're looking for a strategic and driven Fleet Hiring Executive to be the architect of our transport network in Australia. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in our success from the ground up.

Your Mission:

In this role, you will be the key link between our company and our network of independent owner-drivers. You won't just hire; you'll build lasting partnerships that ensure seamless and high-quality service for our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Build Our Fleet: Proactively source, recruit, and onboard high-quality owner-drivers and contractors through strategic outbound outreach.
  • Forge Powerful Partnerships: Build strong, trusted relationships with our driver partners, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their success.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with our Australian operations team to strategically assign drivers to daily jobs, ensuring perfect customer matches.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Proactively address and resolve any issues for both our customers and driver partners, ensuring a smooth experience for all.
  • Ensure Compliance: Meticulously verify all driver documentation, including licenses, vehicle details, and insurance.
  • Negotiate & Secure Talent: Use your negotiation skills to establish fair and attractive rates and agreements with new driver partners.

You're the Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in fleet hiring, recruitment, or partner management, ideally within the delivery, logistics, or moving industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural relationship-builder.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic proficiency with essential tools (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
