**Program Executive - NGO**

**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinate and execute various volunteering programs in your city and also handle virtual volunteering programs.
- Manage volunteer mobilization and engagement in your city.
- Visit and shortlist beneficiaries in schools, colleges, and communities.
- Identify and maintain partnerships with partner organizations and corporates.
- Identify and engage vendors and procure materials (on a need basis).
- Track, analyze data, prepare reports, and share them with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the overall project management of the city.
- Handle day-to-day operations.
- Help identify and implement creative solutions for any arising problems.

- Strong work ethic, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations.
- Having a two-wheeler and knowledge of driving (Desired).

**Preferred Education Qualification**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree. BSW and MSW are preferable, but other degrees are also welcome.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language of the city.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with volunteers, staff, beneficiaries, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and inter-city when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior volunteering experience is an advantage.
- Effective persuasive skills.
- Innovative problem-solving skills.

**Other Information**:

- **Scope**: Full-time.
- **Probationary period**: 3 months.
- **Commitment**: Willing to work for a minimum of 2 years.
- **Working days**: Monday to Friday, plus 2 working Saturdays per month.
- **Office Timing**: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
- **Non-local employees**: Travel to Chennai for training programs and quarterly meetings as required (Travel and accommodation will be provided).

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
