Position Title: Program Training & Process Coordinator

Salary : Up to ₹35,000

Department: Operations / Global Programs

Reports To: Executive Operations Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

To serve as the central point for maintaining, simplifying, and training staff on all VIS programs (international Study, Work, J-1, Malta, Poland, Costa Rica, etc.).

This role ensures every program's details — eligibility, pricing, documents, and processes — are accurate, updated, and clearly understood by sales, marketing, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Data Management

  2. Maintain a centralized master database (Google Sheet / Notion / CRM) for all VIS programs.

  3. Regularly update eligibility, cost structures, and process steps based on CEO or operations input.

  4. Coordinate with the U.S., India, and Colombia teams to confirm accuracy of every change.

  5. Content Simplification & Standardization

  6. Convert complex program details into simple, presentation-ready summaries for sales and marketing use.

  7. Create short versions for website, brochures, and partner presentations (VIS blue/gold theme).

  8. Maintain document version control across Google Drive and other internal systems.

  9. Internal Training & Orientation

  10. Conduct weekly or bi-weekly training sessions for new employees or departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service).

  11. Prepare PowerPoints, handouts, and FAQs for each program.
  12. Coordinate refresh training whenever a new program or update is introduced.

  13. Track participation and understanding through quizzes or feedback forms.

  14. Team Support & Communication

  15. Act as the first point of contact for any internal question about a program.

  16. Share updates to all team members via WhatsApp groups, email, or Google Sheets dashboard.

  17. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all public content reflects the latest data.

  18. Reporting

  19. Submit weekly progress reports covering:

  20. Updated programs
  21. Trainings conducted
  22. Pending revisions or inconsistencies

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Education
  • 1–3 years' experience in training, program coordination, or operations support preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
