Role Overview

The Training Coordinator is a vital link between clients, trainers, coaches, and internal teams—ensuring that every training program is planned meticulously, executed flawlessly, and evaluated effectively. The person in this role will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of training projects, maintaining updated training calendars, and proactively managing all logistical, operational, and administrative components of program delivery.

This is an execution-focused role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Training Project Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the client engagement and content teams to calendarize training programs based on agreed rollout plans.
  • Ensure timely communication of training schedules, session links, and expectations to internal teams and clients.
  • Liaise with trainers, coaches, and subject matter experts to ensure their readiness and availability for assigned sessions.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for logistical coordination with clients and facilitators.
  • Send timely reminders, manage changes, and ensure smooth coordination across time zones (where applicable).
  • Share pre-program materials, post-program feedback forms, and certification details with appropriate stakeholders.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Track all training delivery milestones, attendance, and completion status in internal systems.
  • Support invoice generation and tracking in alignment with program milestones.
  • Maintain digital training archives including participant lists, feedback data, and reports.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for facilitators when required.

Internal Process Support

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for training execution.
  • Assist in regular reporting on training execution, program health, and feedback trends.
  • Support the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training tools, where relevant.

Role Outcomes

  • Ensure training programs are delivered on time, every time, with consistent quality.
  • Enable a superior experience for clients, trainers, and learners through proactive communication and support.
  • Maintain strong alignment between training design and delivery execution.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialization in HR, Education, or Business is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, program management, or office administration in a professional services or corporate training environment.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven experience coordinating end-to-end training programs (virtual and/or in-person).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines across multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
