**Job Summary**:
The Operations Coordinator at 24/7 DCT is integral to ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations across various departments. This role involves close collaboration with team managers in both client handling and internal operations, focusing on delivering timely and relevant daily reports. The Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for real-time first-level resolution of operational issues and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure timely reporting from all departments.
- Collaborate with team managers to coordinate activities and improve communication between client handling and internal operations.
- Provide real-time first-level resolution for operational challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain operational capacity needs, ensuring all departments are adequately staffed and resourced.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
- Monitor and track performance indicators, providing insights for management reviews.
- Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss operational performance and potential enhancements.
- Support project management initiatives as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations or coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in report management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
