
Operations & Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Marketing**:
- **Lead Follow-up**: Engage with leads and convert them into customers.
- **Social Media Leads**: Follow up on Facebook and other social media leads, answer inquiries, and ensure lead conversion.
- **Product Inquiries**: Handle product-related inquiries from potential customers.
- **Content Creation & Scheduling**: Write engaging content and schedule social media posts and posters for marketing campaigns.
**2. Operations**:
- **Class Arrangements**: Coordinate class schedules and arrangements for our physical outlets in Kollam and Vashi.
- **Online Class Follow-ups**: Ensure timely updates on online classes and follow up with both artists and students.
- **Artist Recruitment**: Identify and onboard new artists for classes in both outlets.
- **Attendance & Approvals**: Check and approve attendance for both online and offline classes.
- **Onboarding Management**: Manage the onboarding process for new artists and students.
- **Artist Payouts**: Ensure timely payouts to artists and manage related documentation.
**3. Human Resources**:
- **Intern Coordination**: Schedule work for interns and provide them with guidance and instructions.
**4. E-commerce & Product Management**:
- **WooCommerce Product Management**: Add new products to our e-commerce platform (WooCommerce) and manage product listings.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, sales, or e-commerce management (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage intricate details related to class schedules, attendance, and product listings.
- **Self-motivated**: Able to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
