**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Assistant to ensure all matters requiring attention are promptly addressed, fostering a cohesive online presence and brand messaging.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to take on various tasks as they arise, contributing to the team's needs and supporting the brands' growth.

**Project Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably with a background in digital marketing or website management.
- Familiarity with Wordpress for website maintenance and updates.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Canva, Missinglettr, SEO tools, Zoho CRM, and Active Campaign.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and external contacts.
- A proactive and reliable team player with a track record of taking initiative and working independently when needed.
- 100 percent authentic and honest
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A few years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating growth and responsibility.
