Job Title: Project Coordinator at Mazisheti Shetkari Pratishthan Location: Maharashtra / Part time **Job Overview**: Mazisheti Shetkari Pratishthan is looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee and implement agricultural and rural development projects like MIDAS and Healwell. The role involves planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the success of community-driven initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Project Planning & Execution: Develop project strategies, work plans, and timelines.
- Farmer & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with farmers, FPOs, government bodies, and partners.
- Field Implementation: Oversee on-ground activities, including training, advisory services, and market linkages.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress, document impact, and prepare reports for management.
- Financial & Resource Management: Ensure proper utilization of funds and resources.
- Training & Capacity Building: Organize workshops for farmers and SHGs to improve productivity and market access. **Required Qualifications & Skills**: - Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the agriculture or rural development sector.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of government schemes, market linkages, and sustainable farming practices.
- Ability to travel for fieldwork and community engagement. **Preferred Skills: -**Experience working with FPOs, SHGs, or agri-tech platforms.
- Familiarity with data collection, impact assessment, and digital tools for project monitoring.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
