Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure team members meet key deadlines.
- Serve as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor resource utilization and provide updates to project managers.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accessibility to team members.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Identify and document project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Assist in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with the project budget.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to the project manager.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
