**Job Description**:
Social27 is looking for an experienced Project coordinator. Your responsibilities include working closely with our project managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes for projects. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. This position requires a driven self-starter who can work with the Customer success team (CSM) to gather client requirements, plan out the project scope, timeline, and partner with various development teams to drive these projects to success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the PMO team to track and update current projects
- Coordinate with Technical teams and assign resources to projects
- Track, Analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities
- Track and report project status and documents
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Monitor progress timely and escalate issues/concerns to the team leads timely
- Facilitate the daily team meeting
- Communicate updates to internal stakeholders across different teams
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolves

Skills & Experience required
- Project coordination experience
- Ability to work with Technical and Business teams
- Ability to communicate with global stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resource Management, Scheduling Experience
