Project Coordinator

**Job Role -**
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting several teams who are responsible for delivering consulting/professional services. Your primary job will entail supporting the project team members to ensure smooth execution of client projects and internal process improvement implementations. You’ll collaborate across teams and business units to ensure dependencies are well known and critical issues are proactively identified and resolved while prioritizing stakeholder satisfaction.
**Responsibilities-**
- Assist in the development and tracking of project tasks and client deliverables
- Assist in managing the status of delivery team and client tasks to keep workflow on track
- Communicate with clients on project specific activities, including meeting summaries and action items
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Facilitate internal process improvement initiatives and track execution status by cross-functional teams
- Maintain and update templates and internal process documentation
**Must have skills-**
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Experience managing external resources
- Experience implementing technology projects
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Experience with workflow management and dashboard creation in Jira
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize workflows and meet deadlines
- Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
