**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated, sharp-minded individual who enjoys talking to people, understanding projects, and coordinating with teams and clients. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in bridging communication between our development team and clients. You will be guided, mentored, and expected to grow into a confident professional capable of independently handling IT project communications.
This role is best suited for someone disciplined, proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about problem-solving and organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Project Understanding and Coordination**
- Understand the structure and working of IT projects such as websites and mobile apps
- Absorb client requirements in detail, including their depth, complexity, and impact
- Anticipate edge cases, identify what’s missing, and think from a user’s perspective
- Coordinate daily with clients for gathering new requirements, feedback, and clarifications
**Internal Team Collaboration**
- Act as a bridge between clients and the development team
- Create and assign actionable tasks on tools like Trello or ClickUp
- Maintain a strong and positive rapport with the development team
- Regularly check with the team for blockers, delays, or dependencies
**Meeting and Documentation**
- Attend all client and internal meetings
- Write clear and concise Minutes of Meetings and share them promptly
- Follow up consistently on pending actions from both clients and internal teams
**Task Management and Delivery**
- Track progress of tasks and ensure timelines are met
- Maintain discipline in project execution
- Proactively flag potential delays and communicate them early
- Take regular follow-ups from clients for pending inputs
**Monitoring and Reporting**
- Monitor tools like Trello and Time Doctor for task activity
- Detect inconsistencies or anomalies and report them
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Contribute to internal audits and suggest improvements in performance
**People and Performance**
- Monitor client and team satisfaction regularly
- Identify early signs of disengagement, delays, or inefficiencies
- Raise concerns and help implement actions to improve morale and delivery
**Who You Are**
- Fresh graduate or final year student, preferably from IT, Computer Science, or Management
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Naturally disciplined, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong listening and comprehension abilities
- Enjoys talking to people and solving problems
- Comfortable with technology and curious about how systems work
- Self-motivated and proactive, does not need micromanagement
**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of Agile or software development lifecycle
- Exposure to time tracking and productivity tools
- Understanding of frontend and backend separation
- Interest in team performance, operations, and people management

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
