**About the Role**:
We're looking for a **highly organized and proactive Junior Project Coordinator** to join our growing remote marketing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of client projects, tracking deliverables, communicating with team members, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who loves keeping things on track and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing projects (ads, creatives, content, reports)
- Assign and track tasks across designers, copywriters, and performance marketers
- Maintain and update project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, or Notion)
- Communicate with internal team to ensure timelines and priorities are clear
- Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables are on time and within scope
- Assist in preparing weekly client reports using Google Sheets/Docs/Canva
- Organize project files, briefs, and campaign assets in shared drives
- Support team meetings, maintain agendas, and summarize action items

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in operations, client coordination, or project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Working knowledge of project tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Notion
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently

Pay: ₹10,590.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
