We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team at a GHG Accounting and Carbon reduction projects related company. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting project managers and ensuring the successful completion of projects related to GHG accounting and carbon reduction.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, clients, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate project activities and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking project progress, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the GHG accounting and carbon reduction projects industry.
Strong knowledge of GHG accounting and carbon reduction projects, including regulatory frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, clients, internal teams, and external partners.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.
Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
