We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the **founder** and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects across marketing, operations, and client delivery. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate tasks across team members and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule and document meetings, capturing action items and key decisions.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Act as a communication link between the founder, clients, and internal teams.
- Identify project risks or bottlenecks early and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare weekly progress reports for both internal and client-facing reviews.
- Join client meetings, strategy sessions, and help drive project momentum.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Interest in growing within the project management or operations space.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

**Nice to Have**
- Prior experience in project coordination, client servicing, or operations.
- Exposure to working in startups or with cross-functional remote teams.
- Understanding of agency workflows, marketing, or business operations.

**What We Offer**:

- Monthly salary of **₹15,000 - ₹18,000 INR**, based on experience.
