Role Overview
As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating technical and soft-skills training programs across departments. Your goal is to enhance employee performance and support the company’s growth by ensuring teams are up-to-date with the latest technologies, processes, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, covering both technical skills and soft skills.
- Collaborate with technical leads, HR, and department heads to align training initiatives with company goals and project requirements.
- Train employees on internal processes, tools, policies, and Google Cloud services.
- Track training attendance, performance, and progress through assessments, reports, and post-training feedback.
- Maintain and update training records, course materials, and schedules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements where needed.
- Stay current with modern instructional methods, tools, and IT industry trends.
- Manage multiple training sessions and requests across departments efficiently.
- Support the onboarding and continuous upskilling of employees across roles.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Computer Science, IT, Education, or HR-related).
- Prior experience in training coordination or corporate L&D is preferred.
- Basic understanding of technical terminologies: programming languages, databases, cloud services, DevOps, and software development life cycles.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud services and cloud concepts is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) or Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to design engaging training content and measure learning outcomes.
- A team player with strong problem-solving and people skills.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)
- Experience working in a service-based IT company or cloud-native environment.
- Familiarity with tools like LMS platforms, Jira, ClickUp or project management systems.
- Coaching, mentoring, or instructional design certification.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
