About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic IT Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical technology initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, program governance, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure alignment of IT programs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple IT projects under a unified program structure.

Define program goals, scope, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.

Establish program governance, reporting mechanisms, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate across IT, business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor program progress, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Drive adoption of best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and IT governance.

Provide leadership and mentoring to project managers and team members.

Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.

Prepare regular status reports and executive updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

8–12 years of experience in IT program/project management, with proven success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, software development lifecycle, and cloud solutions.

Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master preferred.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and distributed teams.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
