**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create, strategize and execute campus recruitment plans to meet the demand.
- Build internal relationships with key stakeholders as well as external relationships with with Campus Placement officers and students at targeted colleges to engage B.Tech Freshers. Provide timely responses to queries.
- Participate in college events and drive awareness of the Byteridge brand including sponsorships, hackathons etc.
- Oversee logistics for events across all campuses
- planning, organizing and conducting interviews.
- Train the internal team to hire Freshers as per the defined process.
- Monitor data and team performance to ensure all Fresher hiring targets are met in alignment with business objectives; proactively share data-centric updates with internal & external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
- Support lateral hiring for IT Tech positions.

**QUALIFICATION**: Bachelor's Degree in any field along with MBA in Human Resources (preferred)

**COMPETENCIES**:

- Excellent Team management skills and a good team player.
- Effective Communication & Presentation skills; ability to work on Microsoft Excel and internal ATS.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
