**What you’ll be doing as the TA**:

- Collaborate with the HR/ Hiring Manager of our clients to understand requirements for every role both tech and non-tech.
- Build a strong sourcing pipeline and communicate the company’s/ client's vision and requirements to them.
- Take ownership of recruiting initiatives.
- Be innovative to source and close in this competitive engineering hiring environment
- . Be the sourcing specialist for all the requirements.**Qualifications**:

- Proven 2-5 years of experience in technical hiring in a startup environment.
- Must have the capacity to understand technology stacks and communicate the requirements effectively.
- Well-versed in different sourcing techniques across job portals, Stack Overflow, Github, etc.
- Experience in recruiting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- The role is full-time and comes with full benefits. We are globally headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with our India headquarters in Bengaluru, but this role can be fully remote.
