Job Title: Telecaller – Fleet Hiring

Company: Movee (Southbank, Melbourne)

Schedule: 6 days/week, Australian timings (AEST/AEDT)

Location: Southbank (on-site) or Remote (must work Australian hours)

About Movee

Movee is a national moving platform connecting customers with independent service providers (movers, drivers, trucks). We're expanding our fleet and need a results-driven Telecaller to convert hot leads into active partners on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call hot leads daily to hire and onboard movers, drivers, and trucks for the Movee platform.
  • Pitch Movee's value proposition; negotiate service rates, coverage areas, and availability.
  • Pre-screen partners, collect/verify documents (ID, insurance, vehicle papers), and coordinate onboarding steps.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/spreadsheets; update funnel stages and daily call outcomes.
  • Hit weekly targets for partners contacted, qualified, and activated; follow up to reduce drop-offs.
  • Liaise with Operations/HR for training slots, compliance checks, and activation dates.

Requirements

  • Proven telecalling/inside sales experience (logistics, staffing, marketplaces, or fleet hiring preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills; confident phone presence.
  • HR exposure preferred (screening, documentation, onboarding).
  • Target-oriented, comfortable with high-volume calling and daily metrics.
  • Fluent English; additional Indian languages a plus for supplier outreach.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM/Google Sheets; disciplined about reporting.
  • Available 6 days/week on Australian timings.
