We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound customer calls, provide exceptional service, and proactively engage in upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling products/services based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales goals and quality benchmarks.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow process guidelines, compliance standards, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or international accent.
  • Strong logical reasoning and good thought process to handle customer queries effectively.
  • Prior experience in an international BPO/voice process preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Ability to handle pressure, objections, and challenging situations professionally.
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a strong drive to earn incentives.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (depending on process requirements).
