Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer calls, solve queries, provide information, and ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound / receive inbound calls to assist customers with queries and issues.

  • Provide accurate information about products/services and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer complaints politely and professionally; escalate complex issues to seniors.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM/software.

  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and service quality standards.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Follow company policies, scripts, and call etiquettes during customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate .

  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (additional regional languages is a plus).

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.

  • Prior experience in customer service / telecalling (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Week off— Sunday Fixed Off/Rotational Off.
