Job Title: Technical Sales Support Executive (US)

Experience: 2–7 years

Location: Remote -Mohali

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Support Executive to handle US-based customers for Roku, Alexa, and Printer (HP, Epson, Canon, etc.) related technical issues. The role involves assisting customers with setup, troubleshooting, and providing paid technical support solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers regarding Roku, Alexa, and Printer issues.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting for connectivity, setup, and configuration problems.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable support or service plans.
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales for technical support or warranty renewals.
  • Record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and quality targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest technical updates, product knowledge, and service plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in US Technical Sales and Support (Printers or Roku preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills and fluent English.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Roku device setup, streaming issues, printer configuration, and Alexa device setup.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and offer paid solutions confidently.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
