About the Role

ByteReboot Private Limited is hiring Technical Sales Executives to join our growing support team. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong communication skills and an interest in customer interaction or technical sales.

You'll be responsible for assisting customers from the US and Canada with their technical queries related to computers, printers, and other devices, while delivering an exceptional support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries from US/Canada clients related to computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Provide high-quality customer support through calls and remote assistance tools.
  • Record and manage customer issues in CRM software.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and recommend or upsell products/services where suitable.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.

Who Can Apply

  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Language: Excellent spoken English is mandatory

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic technical understanding of computers and peripherals
  • Comfortable working in fixed night shifts (US/Canada time zone)
  • Must be willing to work from office (Mohali)

Shift Details

  • Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • Alternate Saturdays working
  • Work Mode: On-site only (Face-to-face interview mandatory)
