We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
