Job Description: Freshers – Business Development Executive (Online Bidding)
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our Business Development team as Online Bidders. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in IT sales and client acquisition. The role involves learning how to generate business opportunities through bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, and assisting in building client relationships in domains such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI, and Blockchain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in identifying, bidding, and securing projects on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Understand client requirements and help in preparing customized proposals.
- Maintain and update company profiles on bidding platforms to improve visibility.
- Coordinate with senior team members and technical teams for project estimates and timelines.
- Support in client communication, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Contribute to building long-term relationships with international clients.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets under guidance.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent) passionate about IT sales and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in learning about web, mobile, AI, and blockchain technologies.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-oriented mindset.
