  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a pleasant first impression.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Manage reservations, bookings, and inquiries through calls, emails, or in person.
  • Address guest needs, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, admin, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain guest records, feedback, and preferences for personalized service.
  • Promote services, facilities, and events to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation of guest interactions.

  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and front desk software (if applicable).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Work Conditions:

  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards must be maintained.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
